Return Policy

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE UPON ARRIVAL!

Items must be unworn, unwashed and all original tags must be attached.

If you receive a damaged item:
You will need to email us within 3 days from the date you receive your item(s). Please send an email and picture of damage to [email protected]. We will not accept any damaged claims after 3 days from the date you receive it. We do not guarantee jewelry, items shrinking, etc. no exceptions will be made. Damaged items will need to be returned within 10 days or they will be rejected once they are received.

Do not send item(s) back until you receive a return authorization.

You will need to return at your own expense. The merchandise MUST be returned within 10 days. We will not issue an online store credit after the specified time--Do not attempt to return the items after the specified time or you will be responsible for the cost to ship it back to you.  We highly recommend you use delivery confirmation when sending back your order.

No exchanges or store credit on "sale" items. All "sale" items are final sales!

**Once we receive the return, we will issue a store credit that will be sent to your email address. You will apply that code at checkout and it will deduct your store credit from your total. We process returns the same day we receive them.  

**In order to keep inventory correct, we are unable to process exchange requests. We only issue store credit.

**If you return an item that was rejected, we will notify you.  You will have 30 days to arrange return shipping to you.  After 30 days, if arrangements haven't been made, we will donate the item.

 
Shipping

We strive to offer quick shipping! Most orders are shipped out in 1 to 2 business days.  We only ship through the United States Post Office. If you need expedited shipping, there is an additional charge.  Please contact us to arrange. Once shipped, you will be notified. Occasionally with large orders, shipping may be slightly delayed.
